Meal plan: €610 for two weeks, €305 for one week

The meal plan covers lunch & dinner, and does not include alcohol or special drinks. Dessert is often served with meals, but not always. Specialty desserts are available at additional cost.

Please note that there may be up to three additional meals outside of the regular meal plan. This is an opportunity to explore additional restaurants in the valley or gather some friends together to cook. The approximate cost per restaurant meal is €21.

Application fee: $80 (through our online application platform, Getacceptd. If you qualify for a fee reduction, please see the process on their website.

Munich airport bus (round trip): €180, or €90 one way

AKM charters a bus that will meet participants at Munich Airport (MUC) on June 21 and drive them directly to Liesing. The departure time from MUC on June 28 will depend on flight arrivals of participants. The bus will leave Liesing at approximately 5:30 in the morning on July 12 to return to Munich Airport (MUC). The bus can make stops at railways stations along the way if your next destination isn’t Munich Airport. Please let the Festival know if you have other travel plans. NOTE: one-week attendees will need to arrange their own mid-festival transportation to or from Munich Airport. We can provide information on regional shuttle companies.

Housing: €580-995 for two weeks, €290-505 for one week (arranged through the festival with local B&Bs)

Housing costs include breakfast, and vary depending on the B&B. Estimated costs range from €550 for a shared room to €945 for a single room.
